It is our intention that the wine program at Tilia features wines that are first and foremost food-friendly; which is to mean, lower alcohol, higher acid wines that display minimal intervention and are intended to be shared around the table-whether with or without food! The majority of the wines that we’ve selected have been farmed and bottled with an eye towards sustainability, often utilizing organic and biodynamic farming practices.
