Jordan has been linked to our Chef de Cuisine Lucas before, and with each new iteration, the two manage to better their unique energies into an engaging synergistic whole that drives the the creative process and the management of the kitchen.

Jordan began cooking in Menomonie, WI before moving on to local mainstays WA Frost, Grand Café, Heyday and Il Foro. It was this last stop at Il Foro that fully catalyzed Jordan’s passion for pasta; you can find him honing these skills daily in the Tilia kitchen for guests and staff alike.
