Lucas’ career spans Minneapolis culinary temples such as WA Frost, Sea Change & Haute Dish, not to mention being a significant contributor to Tilia’s opening crew. Opportunities alongside Sean Brock (Husk & McCrady’s-Charleston, SC) and Paul Liebrandt (Corton-NYC) helped further polish his knowledge. These stints not only expanded Lucas’ gastronomic lexicon, they finely tuned his sensibility towards each plate. He has now returned to Tilia with the skills and dedication to help realize our shared vision.
