Zöe FrançoisZöe François is one of the Twin Cities’ most-accomplished and best-known pastry chefs and the best-selling author of “Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day.” François consults with Tilia to create exciting dessert items, from Long Johns with Bavarian crème filling, maple frosting and salted peanuts to butterscotch pots du crème. A graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America, François lives in Minneapolis with her husband, Graham, and her sons Henri and Charlie.
