What is Augtoberfest?

Our annual block party celebrating our community with music food and drinks

When is the event?

Sunday August 16th 4-9pm

Where is the event located?

The event takes place on 43rd st from upton ave s to linden hills blvd

Is this event all ages?

Yes!

Do children need a ticket?

Kids 12 and under are free

What time do gates open?

Gates will open at 4pm

What time does the music start?

We will have a dj playing music between bands, but bands will start at 5pm

What time does the event end?

9pm

Who is performing?

Of Montreal

Is there seating available?

There will be seating inside tilia and on the tilia patio

Can I bring my own chairs or blankets?

No

Will food be available?

Yes we will have multiple food options for you

Will beverages be available?

We will have a beer trailer with plenty of beer wine and cocktails as well as plenty of non alcoholic options available

Can I bring outside food or drinks?

No outside food or drink allowed

Is parking available?

Street parking is available, it is recommended to use public transportation to avoid parking issues

Is the event wheelchair accessible?

Yes

Are pets allowed?

Yes

What happens if it rains?

Augtoberfest is a rain or shine event.  In the case of a thunderstorm we will need to shut down the event

Are tickets refundable?

No they are not

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

No

Will tickets be available at the gate?

Yes tickets will be available at the gate or on tiliampls.com

Is re-entry allowed?

Yes with a valid wristband

Restrooms will be located at the east end of 43rd st

Will there be ATMs on site?

Yes

Are credit cards accepted?

No. Augtoberfest will be a ticketed event. Tickets can be purchased with cash on site
